Guest moments come first.

Alongside our roaming Photoman service, we’ll also capture additional candid and general event photos whenever coverage allows.

Our photographer’s primary responsibility is moving around the venue, approaching guests, capturing candid and posed guest photos, and creating moments for instant printing.

Complimentary photo coverage is secondary and is not intended to replace a dedicated event photographer. Décor, activities, and program highlights may be photographed whenever possible, but specific moments are not guaranteed.

If complete documentation is important to you, we recommend booking a dedicated event photographer separately.

Will you photograph every guest?

We’ll move around the celebration and accommodate as many guests and groups as we can during your booked service time. Because every event flows differently, photographing every individual guest cannot be guaranteed.

Do guests have to line up?

No. The main idea behind Reverie Photoman is that we move around the venue and approach your guests rather than requiring everyone to visit a fixed photo booth.

Are the photos candid or posed?

Both. We capture natural guest interactions as well as posed photos of families, friends, couples, and groups.

Do you photograph the event program?

Our priority is your guests and the Photoman experience, not complete documentation of the event program.

Reverie Magnetic includes complimentary secondary photo coverage whenever possible, but this does not replace a dedicated event photographer.

If documenting every important ceremony, performance, speech, or program moment is important to you, we recommend booking a dedicated event photographer separately.

When do guests receive their prints?

Prints are produced during your event so guests can take their keepsakes home from the celebration.
